Originally, cars are equipped with an undersized plastic or flexible rubber intake tube. ABD Racing Big Bore Intakes are constructed from oversized 3"stainless steel tubing that is mandrel bent and then powder coated bright silver to perfection for an increase in air flow into your throttle body. Theoretically, more air equals better performance, and this is the case with the ABD Racing replacement intake system. As mentioned previously, all parts are mandrel bent to ensure a non-disturbed flow of air that cut & welded parts cannot match.
